Return & Replacement Policy

Please read the Product Details carefully before placing an order.

We deal in Electronics Components, DIY Modules, Drone Parts, Robotics Products, and other sensitive electronic items. Therefore, our Return & Replacement Policy is intentionally strict to prevent misuse, fraud, damaged returns, and part replacement scams.

Important Policy

  • All products are quality-checked before dispatch.
  • Most products are not eligible for Return or Refund.
  • Replacement will only be provided in verified cases of damaged, defective, missing, or wrong products.
  • Cash Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Only Replacement or Store Support will be offered.

Return / Replacement Will NOT Be Accepted For The Following Reasons

Return or Replacement requests will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:

  • Product is not liked after purchase
  • Wrong product ordered by mistake
  • Product is no longer needed
  • Found cheaper elsewhere
  • Customer does not know how to use the product
  • Compatibility issues
  • Damage caused by wrong connection, incorrect voltage/current supply, or improper usage
  • Improper installation or misuse
  • Physical damage caused after delivery
  • Used, damaged, burnt, or modified products
  • Missing accessories, labels, screws, packaging, etc.
  • Opened, tampered, or resealed packaging

Sensitive Electronics Policy

Electronic Components and DIY Modules are highly sensitive products.

Improper wiring, reverse polarity, over-voltage, short circuits, or incorrect connections may internally damage the product, even if it appears physically fine from the outside.

Therefore:

  • Used electronic components will not be accepted for return.
  • Burnt, soldered, modified, or tested products are strictly non-returnable.
  • Warranty or Replacement will be void in any case of technical misuse.

Unboxing Video Mandatory

If you receive a damaged, broken, missing, or wrong product:

  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory immediately after delivery.
  • The video must clearly show the package opening process and the product itself.
  • No claim will be accepted without continuous unboxing video proof.
  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Our team will manually verify the case before approving any Replacement request.


Replacement Conditions

Replacement will only be provided if:

  • Product was damaged during delivery
  • Wrong product was shipped
  • Item is missing from the package
  • Manufacturing defect is confirmed after verification

After approval:

  • A Replacement product will be shipped
  • Refunds or Cash Returns are not available
  • The company reserves the right to reject any claim if fraud, misuse, or false claims are detected

Return Shipment Rules

If a Return request is approved:

  • Product must be returned in original packaging
  • All accessories, labels, and invoice must be included
  • Physically damaged, used, or tampered items will be rejected

Replacement processing will begin only after successful verification.


Fraud Prevention Policy

To prevent fraudulent activities:

  • All orders are recorded and inspected before dispatch
  • Serial numbers and product markings may be internally verified
  • Claims involving item swapping, part replacement, used item returns, or fake claims will be immediately rejected
  • Customer accounts may be permanently blocked if fraudulent activity is detected

Final Decision

The final decision regarding all Return, Replacement, and damage claims will remain solely with our support team.
